Confirm registration requirements are satisfied as soon as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prospective applicants must have an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcc.gov\/wireless\/support\/knowledge-base\/universal-licensing-system-uls-resources\/getting-fcc-registration\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">FCC Registration Number<\/a>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usac.org\/e-rate\/applicant-process\/before-you-begin\/entity-numbers\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">USAC Billed Entity Number<\/a>, an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usac.org\/e-rate\/resources\/e-rate-productivity-center\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">E-Rate Productivity Center User Registration<\/a>, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/sam.gov\/content\/home\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier<\/a>. They also must be in good financial standing with the federal government.
