Med elevernes mentale sundhedsproblemer p\u00e5 et rekordh\u00f8jt niveau kan vi alle v\u00e6re enige om, at dette skal v\u00e6re en topprioritet i 2024.<\/p>\n<h2>Forbindelser mellem mental sundhed i skolerne og akademisk succes<\/h2>\n<p>Lavere akademisk succes er en del af konsekvenserne af ikke at prioritere mental sundhed i skolerne. Elever med psykiske problemer har h\u00f8jere frafaldsrater, \u00f8get frav\u00e6r, d\u00e5rlige karakterer og generelt lavere uddannelsesresultater. Andre resultater er endnu mere \u00f8del\u00e6ggende. Vi beh\u00f8ver blot at se p\u00e5 den stigende selvmordsrate blandt unge, hvor det er den n\u00e6sthyppigste d\u00f8ds\u00e5rsag blandt unge i alderen 10-25 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<h2>Fire store stressfaktorer, der p\u00e5virker mental sundhed i skoler<\/h2>\n<p>B\u00f8rn oplever flere stressfaktorer end nogensinde f\u00f8r, hvilket kan udl\u00f8se eller forv\u00e6rre psykiske problemer.
