Brock stresses:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere needs to be established protocols. What we\u2019ve seen the successful organizations do is look at, and build out their own process and protocols and threat assessment\u2026 Preparation is so key in these scenarios.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer adds:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll of the things that are coming through from students are important and they deserve to be looked at\u2026 but they may not be urgent. And so really at Lightspeed, our focus is quality over quantity. Number one: how do we give smart focus signal detection\u2014not just more alerts, but more of that clarity, more of those important and urgent things that schools need to see\u2026 letting them see timelines, contacts, screenshots, web history, pattern recognition\u2014anything that takes out that guesswork.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She drives home the importance of meaningful alerts:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlert isn\u2019t really just about volume\u2026 it\u2019s about meaningful volume.
