Exclusive Invitation
We’d like to invite you to the Education Leaders Forum, an exclusive two-day retreat bringing together education leaders from across the UK and beyond to explore the future of student safety, digital safeguarding, and technology in schools.
Hosted at the stunning Archerfield House on Scotland’s East Lothian coast, this is a rare opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, connect with peers, and help shape what comes next.

Your Invitation
This event is designed for education leaders, whether you’re the decision-maker on digital safeguarding in your organisation, or the senior leader who sets the direction. Each guest is welcome to bring a plus one: a colleague or leader who you feel should be part of this conversation. Places are strictly limited, so we encourage you to secure your spot early. All meals, drinks, and refreshments are provided throughout your stay — from welcome lunch on arrival through to lunch on Day 2.
Dinner and Awards
The evening of Day 1 will feature a three-course dinner followed by the Lightspeed Education Leaders Awards, recognising outstanding contributions to student safety and digital safeguarding across our community. We’ll be in touch with nominations, and this is your moment to be recognised.

Travel
However you’re travelling, we’re happy to help arrange and contribute towards your journey — just let us know your situation when you register and we’ll take care of the details. Archerfield House is easily accessible by public transport, with regular train services and good connections from Edinburgh Airport.
Accommodation
Every guest will have their own private en suite bedroom, either within the historic Archerfield House itself or in the beautifully appointed Pavilion Suites adjoining the house. Enjoy a great night’s sleep in stunning surroundings.
The Venue
Archerfield House is a beautifully restored 17th-century Scottish mansion on the East Lothian coast, hired exclusively for this event. From impressive formal spaces to relaxed evening entertaining, it offers the perfect backdrop for two days of focus, collaboration, and connection, with an award-winning spa, private dining, and warm Scottish hospitality throughout. We’ve taken over the entire house, so when guests aren’t in sessions or sitting down to eat, they’re welcome to explore the beautiful rooms and grounds at their leisure.
