Du point de vue de l'enseignant, jouer sur son Chromebook en classe perturbe le d\u00e9roulement du cours et la concentration des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Amani Elkassabany, professeure d'anglais, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les Chromebooks \u00ab\u00a0emp\u00eachent les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et d'interagir avec leurs camarades\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour emp\u00eacher les \u00e9l\u00e8ves d'exploiter les privil\u00e8ges des Chromebooks, elle \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9finit clairement les attentes quant aux Chromebooks n\u00e9cessaires ou non en classe. J'utilise \u00e9galement Lightspeed en dernier recours\u00a0; cela me permet de figer leurs \u00e9crans.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle leur offre les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour prot\u00e9ger leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves des distractions en ligne sur leurs Chromebooks. Les enseignants ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser cette plateforme apr\u00e8s l'arr\u00eat de GoGuardian par MCPS. Pour pallier ce probl\u00e8me de distraction, ils ont mis en place des r\u00e8gles dans leurs classes, comme l'attribution de plus de travaux sur papier, l'interdiction des Chromebooks pendant les cours et l'utilisation de Lightspeed pour visualiser les \u00e9crans des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.
