Le lendemain, ils r\u00e9pondaient aux questions des enseignants, des parents, des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des conseils scolaires, souvent sans avoir le luxe d&#039;avoir toutes les r\u00e9ponses.<\/p><p data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"988\">C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que nous nous sommes associ\u00e9s \u00e0 EdWeek pour organiser cette discussion. Vous en avez plusieurs.<\/p><ul data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2344\"><li data-section-id=\"e9xgyx\" data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2199\">Des enseignants exp\u00e9rimentent\u2026 et d\u2019autres choisissent de se retirer.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"16cjtao\" data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2251\">Les \u00e9tudiants utilisent quotidiennement l&#039;IA\u2026 m\u00eame lorsqu&#039;elle est bloqu\u00e9e<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1bvifrq\" data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2291\">Des parents curieux, inquiets, ou les deux<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1wrhrbl\" data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2344\">Des dirigeants qui tentent de concilier innovation et s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2494\">Amber a dit quelque chose qui m&#039;a marqu\u00e9 : <em data-start=\"2387\" data-end=\"2456\">On ne peut changer l&#039;avis des gens sans changer leurs exp\u00e9riences.<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2541\">C&#039;est pourquoi l&#039;adoption forc\u00e9e ne fonctionne pas ici.<\/p><p data-start=\"2543\" data-end=\"2589\">Il doit s&#039;agir d&#039;un <em data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2573\">invitation<\/em>, pas un mandat.<\/p><p data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1682\">Katie l&#039;a bien r\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0: lorsque des outils comme ChatGPT ont \u00e9t\u00e9 massivement adopt\u00e9s en quelques mois \u2013 et non en quelques ann\u00e9es \u2013, cela a boulevers\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le traditionnel. On attendait des districts scolaires qu&#039;ils prennent les devants avant m\u00eame d&#039;avoir eu le temps de ma\u00eetriser pleinement ces outils.<\/p><p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1720\">Alors, qu&#039;ont fait de nombreux districts en premier lieu\u00a0? Ils ont marqu\u00e9 une pause. Certains ont bloqu\u00e9 l&#039;acc\u00e8s.
