Tenere un diario, in questo modo, diventa sia uno strumento di coping che un potenziale segnale d&#039;allarme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-critical-importance-of-context\">L&#039;importanza critica del contesto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c8 importante ricordare: non sono solo le parole o le frasi, ma il contesto a dare loro significato. Al contrario, un messaggio come &quot;Voglio fare chilometri oggi e non ce la faccio pi\u00f9&quot;, soprattutto se associato a disperazione o isolamento, pu\u00f2 indicare una crisi imminente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L&#039;imminenza non \u00e8 determinata solo da ci\u00f2 che viene detto, ma anche da come e perch\u00e9 viene detto.<\/strong>Tono, tempistica, frequenza e stato emotivo sono tutti fattori importanti.
