O Distrito Escolar de Anchorage promulgou uma pol\u00edtica que permite que alunos, volunt\u00e1rios e professores denunciem anonimamente bullying, ass\u00e9dio, intimida\u00e7\u00e3o e outras preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

A nova pol\u00edtica d\u00e1 aos alunos a op\u00e7\u00e3o de denunciar o bullying sem que seus nomes sejam associados ao relat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n

A mudan\u00e7a est\u00e1 associada a um novo software chamado\u00a0PARE<\/a>, um sistema de den\u00fancia an\u00f4nimo que permite que os alunos enviem fotos ou v\u00eddeos, se comuniquem anonimamente com os administradores e inclui uma linha direta de den\u00fancias 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana.<\/p>\n

O software ser\u00e1 lan\u00e7ado em novembro em escolas de ensino m\u00e9dio e alternativo. Ele ser\u00e1 implementado em escolas charter e escolas de ensino fundamental durante o semestre da primavera, de acordo com autoridades do distrito escolar.<\/p>\n

O conselho escolar tinha uma pol\u00edtica em vigor que dizia que alunos e funcion\u00e1rios que soubessem que um aluno estava sofrendo bullying deveriam denunciar imediatamente ao diretor, que ent\u00e3o iniciaria uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O conselho escolar atualizou\u00a0sua pol\u00edtica<\/a>\u00a0para dizer: \u201cA op\u00e7\u00e3o de relatar preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es anonimamente deve ser disponibilizada a todos os alunos, volunt\u00e1rios e funcion\u00e1rios do ASD.\u201d<\/p>\n

O conselho tamb\u00e9m acrescentou uma linha \u00e0 pol\u00edtica de que qualquer pessoa que fizer intencionalmente uma den\u00fancia falsa poder\u00e1 sofrer a\u00e7\u00e3o disciplinar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cH\u00e1 momentos em que os alunos podem n\u00e3o se sentir seguros para relatar essas preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es e esperamos que esta seja outra maneira para os alunos fazerem suas vozes serem ouvidas e proporcionarem um ambiente de aprendizagem seguro\u201d, disse o membro do conselho escolar Carl Jacobs, que trabalhou com a administra\u00e7\u00e3o na revis\u00e3o.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cAcho que \u00e9 certamente seguro presumir que h\u00e1 incidentes de bullying, ass\u00e9dio e intimida\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o denunciados devido ao n\u00edvel de conforto do aluno em colocar seu nome no registro e simplesmente se preocupar com qualquer retalia\u00e7\u00e3o por isso\u201d, disse Jacobs.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Dados federais<\/a>\u00a0mostra que, em todo o pa\u00eds, um em cada cinco estudantes j\u00e1 sofreu bullying.\u00a0Um relat\u00f3rio estadual em 2019<\/a>\u00a0descobriu que um quarto dos estudantes do ensino m\u00e9dio pesquisados disseram ter sofrido bullying na escola, e um em cada cinco j\u00e1 havia lidado com cyberbullying por e-mail, mensagem de texto ou m\u00eddia social.<\/p>\n

O programa STOPit est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel como aplicativo ou site e por meio de uma linha direta telephone, podendo ser usado por funcion\u00e1rios e pais. Membros da comunidade podem enviar den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas aos administradores com seguran\u00e7a, disse o diretor de opera\u00e7\u00f5es interino do distrito, Rob Holland, durante uma reuni\u00e3o do conselho.<\/p>\n

\u201cIsso pode incluir amea\u00e7as \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a, bullying, uso de \u00e1lcool ou drogas, depress\u00e3o, pensamentos de automutila\u00e7\u00e3o e muito mais\u201d, disse Holland ao conselho.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Membros da comunidade tamb\u00e9m podem denunciar casos de ass\u00e9dio sexual, posse de armas e comportamento online inapropriado, de acordo com o distrito.<\/p>\n

O software tamb\u00e9m vem com uma linha de texto para situa\u00e7\u00f5es de crise, que permite que os alunos se comuniquem com conselheiros treinados, se necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

\u201cQuando voc\u00ea enfrenta problemas de sa\u00fade mental ou bem-estar, o STOPit oferece aos funcion\u00e1rios e alunos do TEA acesso imediato a um profissional treinado que pode ajudar\u201d, disse Holland.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
