Entre elas, as principais: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campussafetymagazine.com\/safety\/mental-health-concern-k-12-schools-colleges\/#:~:text=Student%20mental%20health,education%20institutions%20(44%25).\">sa\u00fade mental para alunos, professores e funcion\u00e1rios.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Embora a sa\u00fade mental tenha sido uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o crescente para escolas de ensino fundamental e m\u00e9dio por anos, a pandemia trouxe muitos problemas \u00e0 tona e seus efeitos continuam a persistir, embora a maioria das escolas tenha retornado ao &quot;normal&quot; e o ensino presencial tenha sido retomado para muitas no ano letivo de 2021-2022.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1bitos que se formaram durante o cronograma de ensino e aprendizagem 24\/7 da pandemia podem n\u00e3o ter desaparecido completamente. Alunos, professores e administradores ainda podem se encontrar sem o tipo de limites entre trabalho e vida que s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios para uma boa sa\u00fade mental.<\/p>\n<p>Abaixo, saiba como os distritos est\u00e3o lidando com a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightspeedsystems.com\/pt\/blog\/student-mental-health-national-crisis\/\">crise na sa\u00fade mental dos estudantes<\/a>, medidas que seu distrito pode tomar para priorizar a sa\u00fade mental e como cada membro da lideran\u00e7a do distrito pode desempenhar um papel no apoio a alunos que podem n\u00e3o ter sido identificados como em risco.<\/p>\n<p>Quais s\u00e3o os desafios de sa\u00fade mental que os alunos, professores e funcion\u00e1rios do ensino fundamental e m\u00e9dio enfrentam?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA sa\u00fade mental vem declinando h\u00e1 mais de uma d\u00e9cada para nossos alunos\u201d, disse Amy Grosso, Diretora de Servi\u00e7os de Sa\u00fade Comportamental do Round Rock ISD e Presidente do Conselho da Central Texas American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). \u201cAcho que se pud\u00e9ssemos dizer uma coisa boa que aconteceu com a pandemia \u00e9 que n\u00f3s, os adultos, finalmente acordamos e percebemos, sim, h\u00e1 uma crise de sa\u00fade mental\u201d, disse Grosso.<\/p>\n<p>Mas ajudar os alunos \u00e9 imposs\u00edvel sem tamb\u00e9m garantir que eles <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightspeedsystems.com\/pt\/blog\/improve-k12-teacher-student-mental-health\/\">os professores t\u00eam o apoio da sa\u00fade mental<\/a> e os recursos de que tamb\u00e9m necessitam. Os professores sentiram o impacto de longos per\u00edodos de aprendizagem interrompida e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightspeedsystems.com\/pt\/blog\/kindergarten-virtual-learning-edtech-tips\/\"> salas de aula remotas<\/a>. As crian\u00e7as precisam de espa\u00e7o para fazer suas pr\u00f3prias escolhas e erros enquanto exploram sua autonomia e continuam a crescer como indiv\u00edduos, e os administradores podem ajudar criando limites saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Como sua escola de ensino fundamental e m\u00e9dio pode tornar a sa\u00fade mental uma prioridade<\/p>\n<p>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o emp\u00e1tica e proativa com alunos, pais e funcion\u00e1rios <strong>deve ser a base de qualquer plano de sa\u00fade mental para sua escola.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para os professores, esse apoio pode assumir a forma de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de um assistente social dedicado \u2014 al\u00e9m dos assistentes sociais encarregados de ajudar os alunos \u2014 e pode ser uma forma eficaz de ajudar os <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lightspeedsystems.com\/pt\/blog\/improve-k12-teacher-student-mental-health\/\">professores que est\u00e3o enfrentando dificuldades ou esgotamento.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o proativa sobre como os alunos est\u00e3o se saindo \u00e9 uma \u00f3tima maneira de envolver os pais. Mas, Grosso observou, hoje muitas crian\u00e7as e adolescentes acreditam em abordar abertamente esses t\u00f3picos e fazer isso pode ajudar a salvar vidas.
