Improve safety and student support through community engagement

Lightspeed Tip Line empowers districts to prevent safety threats and support students through an anonymous reporting channel for students, teachers, staff, and parents. Tips are reviewed by Lightspeed Safety Specialists, who escalate concerning tip reports to district personnel for further action.

A Pediatrics study revealed that over 18,000 tips were submitted between 2019 and 2023. 10% involved firearms and over 100 planned suicides. The submissions led to over 1,000 mental health interventions.
