Austin, TX, 18 augusti 2022 \u2013 Den ledande leverant\u00f6ren av utbildningsteknologil\u00f6sningar Lightspeed Systems ("Lightspeed" eller "f\u00f6retaget") tillk\u00e4nnagav idag att de har utsett Sheridan Doerr till den nya rollen som Executive Vice President of Customer Success. Till\u00e4gget f\u00f6rdjupar Lightspeeds ledarskap och s\u00e4tter utbildningskundens f\u00f6r\u00e4nderliga behov i f\u00f6rgrunden i hela verksamheten.<\/p>\n

Doerr ansluter sig till Lightspeed med djup expertis inom utbildning som str\u00e4cker sig \u00f6ver n\u00e4stan 30 \u00e5r och bland annat som en av grundarna av Fluence Learning, ett pedagogiskt bed\u00f6mningsf\u00f6retag fokuserat p\u00e5 h\u00f6gskoleberedskap. Hon har ocks\u00e5 arbetat i ledarskapsroller f\u00f6r kundframg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r utbildningsfokuserade organisationer som Illuminate Education, Amplify och Riverside Publishing. I sin nya roll p\u00e5 Lightspeed kommer Doerr att leda kundernas framg\u00e5ngs-, implementerings- och tekniska supportteam f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att IT-ledare, pedagoger och annan skolpersonal har de tj\u00e4nster de beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att effektivt utnyttja tekniken och h\u00e5lla eleverna s\u00e4kra. Dessutom kommer Doerr att samarbeta med den nyutn\u00e4mnde produktchefen Brook Bock och teknikchefen Carson McMillan f\u00f6r att p\u00e5skynda Lightspeeds vision om en kundcentrerad plattform.<\/p>\n
