"Som h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rdspersonal som \u00e4gnar sig \u00e5t att ta hand om barn och ungdomar", heter det i deklarationen, "har vi sett skyh\u00f6ga frekvenser av mentala h\u00e4lsoutmaningar bland barn, ungdomar och deras familjer under covid-19-pandemin, vilket f\u00f6rv\u00e4rrat situationen som fanns f\u00f6re pandemin.
