- 70% have a digital process; 30% are still working on it.

Mike dropped some exciting news on what’s hitting soon:
- Licensing 2.0: Assign licenses by grade, user, or device with slick new forms. Look for this in early September!
- Licensing Bulk Uploads: Pop your data into a templated form for a much smoother upload process. Expect it in the first half of September.
What's Next: Smarter Tools for the Future
We’re all about smarter workflows, deeper visibility, and more proactive district support. Here’s what’s on the horizon:
- EdTech Insight Badging: Partnered with ISTE, we’re adding badges for privacy, accessibility, and more to help you vet apps faster and with greater confidence.
- Approval Teams: Your most requested feature! Build collaborative workflows across IT, curriculum, and others to streamline app reviews and approvals. Teams can assign app reviews, manage public-facing approved lists, and automate request forms and notifications.
- Superintendent Dashboard: A dedicated Insight tab answers big questions like screen time in vs. out of school. These trends will help you understand how devices are being used, and where instructional time may be impacted. Plus, it includes Bob 3.0, our AI assistant. You can ask questions like, “which schools had the highest out-of-school screen time last month,” and get instant answers.

- Lightspeed handles it, focusing on popular apps. Want a specific app broken down? Send a ticket to your rep, and we’ll prioritize it.
- Does the screen time feature work with iOS devices?
- Not yet, due to iOS limitations, but we’re hopeful for future updates.
- When is tab limiting being released?
- It’s in beta for Chrome—reach out to your rep to join the beta.
- What’s the timeline for approval teams?
- No firm date yet, but it’s in active development. Stay tuned for updates.
- What’s the timeline for screen time reports?
- Existing clients can access data now—contact your rep. Enhanced graphics are coming soon.
